Ten frames on your own, or two players down one lane.
On a phone: slide a thumb along the strip under the court and your slime walks to it — it stops where your thumb is, so it never overshoots. The grey pad on the right is for your other thumb: tap JUMP, hold GRAB (in the games that have one), and press SHOOT in basketball. The pad is a stick too: push up to jump, hold down to grab, and flick up from a grab to jump with the ball still held.
Slime Bowling is the quiet one. No one leaping at you, no clock — just a lane, ten pins and a slime who has to roll a ball the length of it without ending up in the gutter. It's the slime game to play when you want something you can put down and pick up between overs.
The original was a Java applet from the same early-2000s wave as Slime Volleyball, and like the others it stopped working when browsers gave up on Java. This is a faithful port of that original to JavaScript, playable in any modern browser with nothing to install. The pin physics and the spin behave exactly as they did.
Ten frames, two rolls each (three if you earn them in the tenth). Line up your slime, grab the ball and let it go down the lane. Strikes and spares score the way they do in real ten-pin bowling. Bowl on your own, or two players take turns down one lane.
Tip: aim for the gap between the head pin and the one behind it rather than straight down the middle. Dead-centre hits leave splits.
Want a ball that comes back at you? Slime Volleyball. Want something with wickets? Slime Cricket.
